Canada Post Xpresspost: 1 to 3 businesses days
Canada Post Priority: 1 to 3 businesses days
While we can't make any guarantees, we want to keep you informed about what to expect. If, unfortunately, we're unable to ship your order immediately due to the product being out of stock, we'll do our best to send you an email notification as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. We require an actual address for shipping.
We ship via Canada Post.
No! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman. In some cases where the package can not be left, Canada Post leaves a delivery notice at your mailbox or building. You need to go to the address written on the notice to collect your package if this is the case.
All our shipments are sent out with a Canada Post Tracking number. When your order is shipped you also receive an email from our system with the tracking number.
All items purchased from petstorevancouver.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If your package is lost, you should contact Canada Post with the tracking number you received from our system and Canada Post should be able to locate your package for you.
